RETURNS POLICY

Your shopping satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise, in "resaleable " condition, within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees. It is advised to use a carrier that offers a tracking system.

To ensure your return is processed properly, follow the steps below:

  • Complete the Merchandise Return Form that came enclosed in your package.
  • Be sure to indicate the reason for return on the Merchandise Return Form.
  • Enclose all merchandise to be returned in the package--along with return form.

  • It is advised to use a carrier with tracking capability, e.g. Airborne, UPS, Federal Express. All return shipments must be prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
  • Allow two weeks time for crediting to the credit card used for purchase.

I do not have the original packing slip, can I still return it?
Yes, please indicate the order confirmation number, if known, name of purchaser, reason for return, item being returned and month that the ordered was placed.

What do I do if I received the wrong item or an incomplete shipment?

How do I return damaged or defective product?
If you receive defective or damaged product, please contact us right away. 1-800-888-4848 ext. 1726.

Delivery Information (U.S.A & Canada)
All packages within the continental US & Canada are sent via United Parcel Service. In most cases orders placed will be shipped the following business day. Overnight option is available at an additional cost and will ship the same business day if placed before 12:00pm EST. Overnight orders received after 12:00pm EST will ship the next business day.

Delivery Information (International)
All packages are shipped using reputable economical carriers. In most cases orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day.

Sales Tax
Connecticut residents are charged 6% sales tax. For International Residents all Duties and Taxes are recipient's responsibility.

Back Orders
Providing you with your Subway merchandise is our main goal. Our out-of-stock items will be shipped to you as soon as they are received from the manufacturer.
